SPB.N NEWS – Online Desk: About 40,000 students of primary schools (class 1 to 4) could not sit for Mathematics examination in Sadar upazila of Nilphamari district.

The examination was scheduled to hold on Saturday but the authority failed to supply question papers of the examination. As result, the huge number of students went back home without appearing in the examination.

Sources said that the examination began at five upazila including Domar, Dimla, Jaldhaka, Kishoriganj and Saidpur in time. However, the students from 203 primary schools of Sadar Upazila failed to join the examinations.

The Headmasters of those primary schools said that upazila Education Officer took time to provide the question papers on Friday. At one stage, the Education Officer said that the mathematics examination will be held after ending other examinations.
